- BCC FUN DAY (Sun 28th June): Boroughmuir cricket club are holding a fun day on Sunday 28th June, 1pm at Meggetland to mark our return to our home ground. A 20/20 fixture involving current and ex players will take place, accompanied by food and drink. All members, past and present are more than welcome to come along and join in the fun. Hope to see you there.

Property developers moved into Meggetland at the end of the 2004 season and embarked on a project which has resulted in the building of a plot of homes, a new all weather pitch for hockey and football a complete upgrade of the rugby ground, new football pitches an excellent clubhouse facility and a brand new cricket pitch. Since then, we have used the excellent and picturesque facilities at Craiglockhart. We are however, happy to announce that our period of exile is now over, and we will once more be playing our matches at Meggetland from this year.
